• Accuracy of Information: Students/Parents must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Any discrepancy found in documentation may lead to cancellation of admission without a refund.
• Admission Guarantee: While we provide expert guidance and coaching, MB Patil Institute does not guarantee admission to any specific college, university, or a specific rank in competitive exams. The final selection depends on the student’s performance and the respective institution’s criteria.

3. Payment and Fees

• Fee Structure: Fees for coaching or consultancy must be paid as per the agreed schedule at the time of enrollment.
• Refund Policy: Generally, fees paid for registration, administrative costs, and consultancy time are non-refundable. Specific refund terms for classroom programs (if any) will be mentioned in the individual enrollment form.
• Third-Party Fees: We are not responsible for fees paid directly to universities, entrance exam boards (NTA/CET Cell), or government agencies for visa/application processing.

4. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain a high standard of discipline and mutual respect toward faculty and staff.
• The Institute reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student found engaging in misconduct, regular absenteeism, or disruptive behavior without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website and provided in study materials (text, graphics, logos, videos, and worksheets) is the intellectual property of MB Patil Institute.
